Voluntaries of SOMOSGAY participate in the City of Resistencia, Chaco Argentino, of the Regional Camp of Mercosur Youth. This meeting was organised by the Youth and Integration Commission of the Civil Society's Consultative Council at the Argentine Chancellery and through the Youth Vice-Ministry, who have been invited to participate of the delegation of Paraguay for this event.
This activity was part of the Social Summit of the Mercosur and in this occasion wanted to involve Latin American youth through the exchange and social and political commitment, strengthen the participation, integration and construction of MERCOSUR with a spirit of solidarity, democracy and social justice.
SOMOSGAY eased the participation of the voluntaries of the organization, in the mentioned activity, under its personal development plan which promotes the empowerment and training of the members of the organization. Complying with mission to improve the quality of life of LGBT youth in Paraguay, SOMOSGAY will continue to implement its training programs.
