Since April 2013, the organization SOMOSGAY every Saturday trains new volunteers with a series of workshops called "Community Agents" based on a comprehensive program of activists of the organization. This exciting program is divided into modules with a theoretical introduction to the topics, group work techniques and materials and other sources of research. The course is free and certified.
The team behind the project of "Community Agents on Human Rights and Health" aims to train with the best professionals in our country and abroad, and in turn, develop a more effective leadership in all persons involved in several levels of planning and implementation of activities. The workshops are divided thematically according to each area and occupy a certain number of hours for training development. The end of the program will include workshops to develop all the details.
The focus of the series of training workshops of Community Agents aims to provide theoretical and effective practices that will be replicated at the community level by trained monitoring tools. This training has new theoretical and practical components of skills through innovative technologies 2.0 activities will be developed for the benefit of the Paraguayan community nationwide.
The course "Community Agent" emphasizes the importance of education can have in everyday life, with the prospect of realizing the universality of human rights, aimed at young people and students in secondary and tertiary education.
