The FESTIVAL for EQUALITY and FREEDOM calls citizens to celebrate diversity and is manifested against intolerance, violence and misinformation that have maliciously generated to undermine against freedom and equality to all paraguayans.
We communicate along with a wide sector of the citizens that search for equality and freedom to be the base of democracy and society, restating the secularity of our State.
Paraguay is a country that does not admit discriminations, that needs to show as respectful to all the rights of all people, disregarding their sex, age, skin color, belief, political preference, ideology, philosophy, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other reason.
The FESTIVAL will have the presentations of ROLANDO CHAPARRO, HUGO FERREIRA, DAYANA URUNAGA, MNESIS, DJ NATALIA DOLJAK, DJ MENTELUDICA, SQUARE PANTS, FORGET-ME-NOT, TEATRO CONTRAMANO, LOVE LAPTOP, N4, USHA, FRIDA, TWANY (from San Paulo, Brasil) and many other artists.
The FESTIVAL for EQUALITY and FREEDOM will have the support of the Vice-Ministry of Youth, CE.PA.TE. (Paraguayan Center of Theatrical Arts), CHOPA (Homosexual Community of Paraguay), The Youth House and the Paraguayan LGBT Federation.
We invite all citizens from Asuncion that share these messages to add their support to this initiative. Let us demonstrate that the dialogue and democracy are bigger than the lies and violence.
