Kuimba'e Clinic professionals will be present conducting HIV and syphilis testings for free, voluntary and confidential, they will also be distributing condoms and information materials. &nbsp; This celebration of struggle of a diverse movement seeks to make visible and vindicate the legitimate and real love, whether held in a heterosexual couple and among gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender, and realize the principle of equality which our Constitution proclaims: all citizens are equal before the law, and only the same rights with the same names pave the way towards equality and end discrimination. &nbsp; For years, the idea that if two people of the same sex express their love in public spaces (squares, streets, shopping malls, etc.) was summed up in that they were breaking the law or "breaking the moral and good customs." Today we celebrate this progress, since it is known that the demonstrations of affection in public are not illegal, that there is no law stipulating a ban, but on the contrary, that Article 9 of our Constitution clearly says "No one is required to do what the law does not order nor deprived of what it does not prohibit. " &nbsp; During the celebration a tribute to Miguel Angel Auad (Petunia) and USHA, recognized activists who tirelessly participated in activities to promote equality in Paraguay will be held. His speeches represented encouragement to all people that make up this part of the LGBT movement in Paraguay.

The human immunodeficiency virus is, as its name indicates, a virus that weakens or destroys the cells that make up the immune system. A virus is a microscopic organism that can cause disease and infection and can only live and reproduce in living cells within the body. The immune system protects the body against foreign organisms and is composed of various types of cells and organs that are scattered throughout the body. &nbsp; At present there are two different types of HIV: HIV-1 and HIV-2.
&nbsp; Let's look at the similarities and differences:

Similarities &bull; Both types of viruses attack the immune system. &bull; They have the same transmission routes (blood, semen, genital secretions, breast milk) &bull; Both types of viruses can cause AIDS. However, HIV-2 causes it to a lower extent.
&nbsp;
Differences: &bull; HIV-1 emerged a decade earlier than HIV-2. It is the most common and is responsible for the global pandemic. &bull; HIV-2 progresses more slowly and the incubation period is longer. It is less aggressive and the probability of transmission is lower. The type of virus is usually in West Africa and exhibits a lower mortality rate.

How is the virus spread?
There are 3 modes of transmission:
&bull; Sexually: Having unprotected sex and contact with blood, semen and vaginal or anal secretions. To reduce the risk, latex or polyurethane condom should be used and serve with water-based lubricants or silicone having both vaginal and anal sex. Condoms made of natural materials (lambskin, etc.) are not effective in preventing the passage of the virus. Lubricants are also important in preventing both condom breakage and possible injury to the rectum or vagina. It is important not to practice unprotected vaginal sex during menstruation. Similarly, it is important to avoid contact with semen during oral sex. &bull; Blood-Exposure: Contact to blood through the use of shared syringes and needles, blood transfusions or accidents where exposure to blood is taken. &bull; Vertical transmission (mother to child): When a woman living with HIV transmitting the virus to her child / a childbirth, pregnancy and lactation.

However: &bull; If women receiving antiretroviral therapy in pregnancy, the risk of transmission is lower. &bull; If the woman has very little HIV in their blood (undetectable viral load), you can perform a normal delivery. &bull; Women can breastfeed if she and / or baby are on antiretroviral treatment. We quit to be similar to other beings that are left outside the circle which we identify with, for example, a person who wants to get a tattoo but the society this person lives in is not fond of such practice, then this person represses his real desire in order to be equal to others.
&nbsp;

Now it has become clear that the heterophobia is not the counterpart of homophobia, understood in its current context as the "rejection of the straight" - we must also understand that heterophobia is based on other social evils such as xenophobia (hatred foreigners), racism and ethnocentrism (attitude of analyzing the world only with parameters of the culture itself) and, as rightly said Savater, is a primitivism, that is, to our modern society such approaches are not longer useful because they are no longer in effect, they need to update.

Because those other different, with innovative ideas and flexible attitudes seeking inclusion in a modern society, seeking equality and not the privilege as some want to attach to the just struggle to be recognized for their abilities as individuals and not by whom they love.

What happens here, actually, is the fear that causes the oppressor (the heteronormative society) on the oppressed. The LGBT community that stands up for the oppressive society pledging it to abandon its retrograde thinking that seeks to pigeonhole in white or black everything in it. There is literally a rainbow out there that will not accommodate to their demands as in a healthy society inclusion and recognition of equalities is given by breaking barriers and innovating together.

Today, thanks to advances in technology and the constant transfer of knowledge and information, we can ensure that this plague should be definitively eradicated from our country. Why? Because we have become the painful result of a macho culture that needs to move forward. Advancing equal rights and opportunities for all. Now, let's put it in context:

<h4>Family</h4>
Historian Ana Barreto noted in an article for the newspaper ABC that the European model introduced in the late nineteenth century to our country through the newspapers of the time promoted a macho expression that took root thanks to the elite of Asuncion. For its part, the Lic. Ismael Gaona (Paraguay APREVIM) indicated in the same article that the consolidation of the "macho" is through their language and attitudes both in their family and social life and this ultimately affects public and private spheres, even in the way justice is administered.

This rejection is given by a strongly religious environment that does not promote health education quality, because you have to understand that religions in general are constructions that leave the male power over the rest and cannot see clearly the flaw that is causing this in our education. An educated and critical thinking society is one that understands such basic human rights as their primary things as a person. An educated person does not discriminate, it is tolerant, it is inclusive. The macho attitude mocks sexuality to sexualized aspects considered different or different in their thinking, and thus regulates all kinds of information to not allow others to create critical thinking.

No speaking of male chauvinism, ignoring it or denying it, it is a form of control and is an impediment to quality education.

Ticio Escobar notes that "homophobia is the daughter of an intolerant thought," and this is clearly visible on the discrimination against so-called minority groups, reflecting the rejection of what is different from heterosexual male, such as LGBT, feminist or others. And this is how the basic rights and dignity of these groups of people are affected and denied. &nbsp; A person with a good education understands that homophobia has basically no sense, because this attitude leads to deny to a whole community their basic rights as human beings for the sake of being different from the stereotype of man or woman culturally imposed. Demeaning talk, intolerant attitudes, the denial of rights or ignore aspects of our Constitution or laws are sexist structures that were established as "normal" and should be deleted.

Thus, the marker goes against our construction as a healthy society, we are far from being one because we let male chauvinism to be an element of social control and sexist exploitation within our culture. And there are several factors that are contribute to its survival and continuity: the type of education given in the family and in schools, discriminatory or not inclusive laws; but also occurs on discrimination in the religious sphere, the gender division at work, academics, or health.
&nbsp;
We do not only think that everything is socially constructed for the convenience of the Paraguayan male, which ultimately affects the quality of health, labor response, of our cultural construction. What is really important is not done: not eradicate violence against women, or against minority communities like LGBT, indigenous or having disabilities. If you think about it, it affects us all and male chauvinism ends up making us a six to zero as a society.
&nbsp;
If at the time, the role models we take in Europe or other countries, do not you think it is time to do it again and apply those inclusive models to our society?
A society itself has many pillars that are diverse, are different from each other, but the ongoing sexism is still pretending to hide them with embarrassing vulgar phrases and attitudes. We are losing as a society.

But it is possible to eradicate this male germ from our society, because such behavior to pretend that male dominance is natural is actually a cultural pattern and therefore variable.
