SOMOSGAY repudiates the declarations of the supposed statement of the EPP, stressing that our organization works to make a country with equality to all paraguayans, and is against any sort of political, economical, religious, sexual orientation-related persecution, cited in its founding statuses.

SOMOSGAY, represented by Simon Cazal, was invited to present and defend the regional project designed by ASICAL, the Association for Integral Health and Citizenship in Latin America, to be presented in a contest at the 10th Round of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.

SOMOSGAY attended the presentation of the report "Life of Truckers" by the ILO in Paraguay

SOMOSGAY in the presentation of the report "Life of Truckers" on sexual health and rights to the workers of the land transportation sector. This report presents the data of the research under the same name in which revealing data on the access of this workers, in terms of sexual health, are acknowledged. This information also demonstrated that 53% of the respondents would not have a problem with a coworker coming out of the closet.
