LESVOS, SOMOSGAY and general public held a first meeting on Thursday October 19th at 6 pm at LGBT Community Center to devise actions for the promotion of LGBTI human rights.
LESVOS, SOMOSGAY and several activists will gather regularly to promote initiatives and specific projects towards awareness and promotion of human rights for the LGBTI community.
In the first meeting activists discussed about the current context were hatred, violence and bigotry have become stronger due to mass media stars, myths such as “gender ideology” and several demonstrations against rights that were broadcasted by international press.
