On the eve of Valentine's Day, SOMOSGAY, LESVOS and LGBT Paraguayan Federation will carry out the second edition of the "Love Festival" on Saturday 13 February at the Freedom Square (opposite the Pantheon of Heroes Square) from 19:00 hs.
